1. 宣佈聘任七位業界資深人士受為榮譽顧問 (排名不分先後) Honorary Advisors Named

各榮譽顧問在教會或職場服事多年，本會對他們答允擔任榮譽顧問，深表謝意，期望在他們的指引和督導下，本會服務切合職場需要，實踐協會使命。

We are honored and grateful to have the above advisors to serve in our Institute. They all have been serving the marketplace ministries for years. We look forward to their guidance and advice for us to move forward to carrying out our mission.

Through registration on this website with your name, and needs for pastoral care, our chaplain or chaplain in training will contact you within three days to attend to your needs for pastoral care.

4. 2024年夏季職場牧養關懷技能實習訓練 (Practicum in Pastoral Care) https://bit.ly/3xV5OnZ

職場牧關技能實習訓練是為有志於服務職場人士的跨宗教在專業牧養關懷方面提供在督導下的實習培訓。培訓過程讓受訓者與需要幫助的人密切接觸，作個別深入訪談。 通過同儕和導師的反饋，參與者對自己和所服務的人有了新的認識。透過信仰反思，他們獲得了對牧養關懷事工的新理解。同時，他們也發展了人際關係和專業關懷的技巧。

The Workplace Pastoral Care Skills Internship Training is a supervised internship program for professionals from various religions interested in serving the workplace. The training process allows trainees to have close contact with individuals in need and conduct in-depth individual interviews. Through peer and mentor feedback, participants gain new insights into themselves and the people they serve. Through faith reflection, they gain a new understanding of pastoral care ministry. At the same time, they develop interpersonal and professional care skills.

臨床牧關訓練 (Clinical Pastoral Education) 是為有志於服務職場人士的跨宗教在專業牧養關懷方面培訓。學員在「以人為本」和「人際關係」的小組互動學習形式和信仰反思整合過程中，提昇關懷者對自己、和牧關對象生命的洞察力、感受力與覺醒力，從而得到更大的生命力和成長力量。

Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is a training program for professionals interested in serving in pastoral care across different religions. Participants engage in group interactive learning focused on a person-centered approach and interpersonal relationships. Through the integration of faith reflection, they enhance their insight, empathy, and awareness of their own lives and provide pastoral care. This process leads to greater vitality and personal growth.
