職場牧者牧養關懷協會是本港職場事工的專業培訓和支持機構，與教會、神學院和機構合作，提供專業的牧養關懷培訓和教育計劃給企業、機構、神學生和有志成為職場牧者的人。我們制定和執行會員的專業標準和職業道德。
The Institute of Workplace Chaplaincy is a professional training and support organization for workplace ministry in the region. We collaborate with churches, seminaries, and institutions to provide professional pastoral care training and education programs for businesses, organizations, seminary students, and individuals aspiring to become workplace chaplains. We establish and implement professional standards and ethical practices for our members.
我們的願景是在職場中實踐信仰，促進職場的靈性關懷，並倡導全球職場運動的轉化和提昇。我們希望通過卓越的專業服務在該地區獲得接受、認可和尊敬。
Our vision is to integrate faith into the workplace, promote spiritual care in the workplace, and advocate for transformation and elevation of the global workplace movement. We aim to gain acceptance, recognition, and respect in the region through excellent professional service.
會員類別 Membership Types
職場牧者牧養關懷協會是職場牧者的專業團體。本會的會員資格有以下五類：The institute of workplace chaplaincy is a professional body for the workplace Chapman in the Marketplace ministries. It provides the following membership categories as its members:
- 企業、教會、機構 Corporates, Churches, Indtitutiins：從事或支援職場事工的企業、教會、、及機構。those corporations, churches, and institutions supporting the Marketplace ministries.
- 院士 Fellows: 資深會員，由會員及協會董事局通過接納 Those nominated and accepted by the Board of the Institute.
- 檢証會員 Professional Members: 經協會員資格委員會審查及成功檢證的職場牧者 Those accredited and certified workplace chaplains by the Membership Accreditation Committee.
- 協會會員 Associates: 已完成一個或以上單元的職場CPE培訓的會員 Members who completed one or more Workplace CPE units
- 會員 Affiliates: 有志於在職場傳福音及事奉的弟兄姊妹 Members who commit to serving in the Workplace.
- 學生會員 Student Members: 在學的全職或兼讀神學生，有志於職場事工及成為職場牧者 Those full time or part-time seminary students interested to serve in the marketplace ministries or participating in a workplace CPE unit.
企業會員，教會、機構會員，院士及檢證會員享有會員投票權。普通會員及學生會員並不擁有投票權。
Corporates, Churches, Institutional members, as well as Fellows and Professional Members have voting rights. Associates and Student Members do not have voting rights.
